Explain Simon's Four Phases of Decision Making

• Intelligence phase

In this phase, we find, identify and formulate the problem or situation that needs the decision.

Ex : How to go to the campus ?

• Design Phase.

In design phase, we develop all alternatives that can solve the problem or situation.

Ex : 

- By walk

- By using public transportation

• Choice Phase.

In choice phase, we evaluate all alternatives that we develop in design phase and choose the one of the solution.

Ex :

By walk : no use money but use a lot of time

By using public transportation : use money but save lot of time 

• Implement Phase

Do the solution that we choose.
